Finding the Flow |

As we move deeper into our "creative self" we come to realize that finding the flow touches all areas of our life because they are all intimately connected at all times. Once we start designing and implementing a new life-style that truly fits us, we finally begin to tap into our most vibrant energy and naturally into our highest potential. As a result, we feel much more alive and joyful, even in the face of challenging situations.
For these reasons, I also envision classes, workshops, retreats, and personal sessions based on the 2 themes below:
Finding the Flow #1:
Exploration, Discovery & Mapping out our JourneyThis is an introduction to creating a life-style that is more adapted to our values, desires, intrinsic energy and purpose. How are we in sync with what we want to create for ourselves at this level? What adjustments do we need to make? The importance of knowing oneself, and finding the resources available to us in this journey. Discovering our "mode of functioning", what motivates us, and what does not.
We will consider:
- Our body, mind, heart's desires, and emotions.
- Our environment & relationships.
We will take an inventory of where we currently are, and where we would like to be. But while we will look at how we can set achievable goals in these areas, the emphasis will be on creating our journey of change and discovery. We will come to FEEL the excitement of seeing that once we are aligned with our true self, we are naturally aligned with our "purpose", and results start flowing much more effortlessly.
The group format is a great environment to help us practice “accepting and being who we are” in our life. It gives us an opportunity to give and receive heart-felt sharing and inspiration. And it also helps us practice standing up in our own truth without being negatively influenced, even when others do not resonate with us, our values, or our life-style - or when we do not resonate with theirs.
Finding the Flow #2:
Expanding our Horizons and Finding Inspiration to Implement Change
Looking for and discovering alternatives in the areas that have been defined in the previous class. Being more creative and more precise about defining new ways that are more aligned with our personal cycles, our heart's desires, our body, our mind, and our higher goals. From the self-knowledge we have gained in class 1, finding inspiration to start gently modifying our current life-style so we can start feeling more alive and radiant.
For example, we may look at how we could become more creative in finding other fulfilling alternatives regarding:
- Food & Nourishment.
- Moving the body.
- Expressing our creativity daily.
- Grounding and accessing our inner-world & intuition.
- Discovering what feels truly nurturing to us, other than food. Taking an honest look at our addictions while dedramatizing them.
Some of our explorations and inquiry may lead us to:
- What it means to live in a more "natural" way.
- Becoming aware of cycles: ours and our environment's.
- The benefits of regular cleansing on all levels.
- Learning about vegan and raw food alternatives.
- Different ways we can use essential oils.
- Examples of light & breathing meditations.
- Slow movements for deep well-being.
- Setting a daily-practice for creative activities.
- Learning how to take quality time off for ourselves.
This website is a work in progress, and this page will expand and improve as well. As time passes, I will likely add classes and subjects I would like to address more in depth during workshops and retreats; for example around "Fasting & Cleansing". I would also like to add various links and information. Please come back to visit!
